SPJ Contracting Ltd are a Groundworks, Civils, Basement and RC Frame Subcontractor based in London and cover a catchment area of London and the Home Counties.
We pride ourselves on delivering a quality driven service which will be achieved on time. We are a client facing company and are directly involved on our projects from initial enquiry stage to post contract install. We look to engage with our clients to see if we can assist with “Value Engineering” a scheme or to proactively seek cost effective solutions to elements of the build.
Our workforce are all direct employees with extensive experience in all forms our groundworks. Our supervisors are all trained to either SMSTS or SSSTS and all operatives carry relevant CCSC or CPCS training and certification. We are a CHAS Certified subcontractor and we continually review operative training to ensure we are fully equipped to successfully deliver our contracts both from a quality perspective but also with a focus on constructing in a safe manner.
We employ qualified engineers and project managers to oversee the works and manage the construction process including detailed reviews of design information and where necessary engage with the consultant design team to assist with a coordinated design prior to the works being carried out.
We have extensive knowledge and experience in all facets of groundworks and also partner with a Design & Build Groundworks subcontractor on projects with challenging and/or variable ground conditions to review design proposals and where necessary offer a value engineered scheme which is fully warranted.
